This was a sellout, standing room only event, attended by 140 registrants, as well as representatives from Senator Sheila Kuehl's So. CA office, Health Access, and Health Care for All -- California. Reverend Lindi Ramsden was the organizer for the event. Dan Braunstein (HCA-CA Yolo County) showed the OCN video, and moderated a discussion of the current proposals in the legislature. Following the event, the local HCA-CA Chapter received a note from the local organizers, asking how each UU congregation could obtain a copy of the OCN video. Rev. Ramsden and Dan Braunstein also agreed to meet to discuss future collaboration between UU congregations throughout the State and the OCN Campaign. This was an enormously successful event!
